To give you an accurate quote and show up at the right house, we collect:

• Your current and new address (so we know where the heavy lifting happens).

• Payment details (to settle the bill—though we use secure systems and don't "keep" your card numbers).

3. Why we need it

We only use your info to:

• Send you a quote you’ll love.

• Get your belongings from A to B safely.

• Send over your invoice and keep HMRC happy.

4. Who sees your info?

We don’t sell your data to anyone—that’s not how we roll. The only people who might see it are:

• Our team or trusted helpers assisting on your move day.

• The secure apps we use for invoicing and emails.

5. Keeping things safe

We treat your data like we treat your furniture: with total respect. We keep your info tucked away securely and only hold onto it as long as the law requires (usually 6 years for tax records).

6. You’re in control

It’s your data! You can ask us what info we have on you, ask us to fix a mistake, or ask us to delete it whenever you like (as long as we don't need it for an open booking or tax reasons).

7. The Final Word

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled things, you can chat with the ICO (the UK’s data watchdog), but we’d much rather you talk to us first so we can make it right!
