Privacy Policy

1. Quote Validity

All quotes are valid for a period of 30 daysfrom the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to provide a revised quote based on current availability and costs.


2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the removal service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your date. We accept payments via bank transfer. 


3. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• All items are packed securely and ready for transport (unless a professional packing service has been booked).

• Proper access and parking are available at both the collection and delivery addresses.

• All necessary permissions (e.g., parking permits or lift access) are arranged prior to the removal date.


4. Insurance Cover

For your peace of mind, we maintain the following insurance policies:

• Goods in Transit Insurance: Up to £5,000 per load.

• Public Liability Insurance: Up to £1,000,000.

• Employer’s Liability Insurance: Up to £10,000,000.


5. Liability

While every care is taken during the removal process, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value covered by our Goods in Transit insurance. For high-value items exceeding this limit, please arrange additional cover prior to the move.


6. Damage Claims

Any claims for damage or loss must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the completion of the job. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


7. Delays & Access Issues

Additional charges may apply if delays occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including (but not limited to) restricted access, waiting for keys, or incorrect information provided by the customer.


8. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the agreed removal date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total quote.


9. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials (including gas canisters, flammable liquids, or chemicals), illegal items, or perishable goods.


10. Self-Packed Items

We accept no liability for damage to items packed by the customer unless there is visible external damage to the box or container caused by our handling.


11. Stairs, Long Carries & Difficult Access

Our quotes are based on standard access conditions. Additional charges may be applied if we encounter multiple flights of stairs, long carrying distances, or unavailable lifts that were not disclosed at the time of the quote.


12. Acceptances of Terms

By accepting our quote or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
